Our F1 Olive Eggers are first-generation crosses between a dark brown egg line and blue egg layers. These hens typically produce classic olive to moss green eggs, with tones ranging from soft sage and olive to deeper army green. Feathering ranges from dark gray/blue to white/buff and may include the following traits: feathered legs, fluffy cheeks, or a crested hairdo.

Excellent brown egg layers. Marans sired crosses with a mix of productive and pretty feathered hens. Possible mothers are splash laced red Wyandotte, gold laced Wyandotte, sapphire gem, & Barnevelder.

Beginner friendly brown & tinted egg layers.
Americana sired crosses with reliable, productive hens. Possible mothers include Rhode Island Red and Black Sex Link.

A rare and striking breed known for the fibro gene, which gives them black feathers, skin, bones, and combs (everything but the eggs!). Unique, petite birds that will lay 80-120 medium sized cream eggs per year.

Ayam sired crosses with a diverse mix of hens, combining dark features with a range of feather styles and productive laying ability. Possible mothers are lavender Wyandotte, lavender Orpington, Cinnamon Queen, or Light Brahma.
